This production is both a love letter to and a spoof of classic film noir tropes. The veneer of hard-boiled detectives and nuclear espionage hides the play's true heart: the survival of three unconventional couples during an era of political paranoia. It’s 1952: America is on the verge of the H-bomb, and Boston detective, Maggie Pelletier, must solve a Harbour murder or miss her Havana honeymoon.
This is an ensemble piece - A fabulous opportunity for 8 actors - some will play multiple roles.
Remember, auditions are by appointment only and so registration is essential.
